The Beyond Leadership program is a collaborative initiative between Novituz, and Image Matters Asia. The program designed to assists organizational leaders in identifying areas within their organizations that require improvement, growth, or enhancement. It employs the Body Coding theory, a nonverbal method for assessing cognitive profiles at the individual level. The program is tailored to align desired organizational outcomes with leadership evaluations. Furthermore, it aims in comprehending and developing various training initiatives tailored to the organizational context, promoting internal personnel development and cultural change to maximize the company’s growth potential.
How does the program work?
The Beyond Leadership program involves dialogue with experts to understand the desired organizational outcomes, body coding assessment to map body code with these outcomes and find solutions, a customized training program to align with the desired outcomes, and program mentoring for continuous improvement through mentoring. The program designed with mentorship program that will assist you throughout the 2 months program.
What is Body Code Analysis?
Body Code@ is an analytical tool for cognitive profiling that examines decision-making patterns through body movement analysis. This approach offers accurate and trustworthy insights conveyed by integrated movement, independent of verbal communication.
