Program Beyond, is where we aim to certify senior executives in AI leadership by partnering with CMMU. The CrestHaus is our private circle for women leaders who want depth, not noise. And EmpowerHER Asia is where we open the doors wide a leadership forum where women across the region come together to tackle real topics like wealth, technology, and what it means to lead on our own terms.

Our EmpowerHER Asia Leadership Forum, delivered over two consecutive years in 2025 and 2026 in Bangkok, reflects this commitment in action.
Launched in 2025 as the first leadership forum of its kind in Asia to address the leadership gap in technology, EmpowerHER Asia was designed to empower women to take bold steps in their careers while fostering diversity, inclusion, and leadership readiness. In 2026, the forum returned with expanded regional participation and a broader leadership agenda spanning technology, finance, and innovation.
EmpowerHER Asia is intentionally built beyond a single event. Its long‑term vision is to grow into a sustainable, high‑impact leadership movement that actively shapes the future of women in technology and leadership across the Asia‑Pacific region.
