Built around the World Economic Forum’s Top 10 Core Skills for 2030, the curriculum is delivered in co-certification with the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), and includes Microsoft Training Service Partner as core faculty. The program features signature integrated tools – including the AI People Reader™ (developed in partnership with Image Matters Asia) -that participants use for non-verbal assessment. Upon completion of the program, each participant earns the Beyond Leadership Mastery credential – co-issued by Novituz and CMMU.

This 7‑day program is strategically designed to build all WEF Future of Jobs 2030 top skills, from self‑awareness, verbal and non-verbal communication, creativity, resilience to AI, analytical, and leadership capabilities – through an integrated journey combining AI diagnostics through AI People Reader™ assessments, hands‑on workshops, human‑AI practice, AI Governance and Security for leader, inclusive leadership development, and a capstone project.
