Our EmpowerHER Asia Leadership Forum, held on March 6, 2025, at Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok, exemplifies this commitment. Designed to bridge the leadership gap in tech, this initiative empowers women to take bold steps in their careers, fostering diversity and inclusion. We are shaping a future where everyone has the tools to thrive. The long-term vision for EmpowerHER Asia is to evolve from a one-time leadership forum into a sustainable, high-impact movement that actively shapes the future of women in technology and leadership across Asia-Pacific.

This transformation would be driven by a structured, data-backed, and community-driven approach that goes beyond conversations and creates real career opportunities, and long-term support systems for women in leadership.

Beyond Leadership program

This program designed to assists organizational leaders in identifying areas within their organizations that require improvement, growth, or enhancement. It employs the Body Coding theory, a nonverbal method for assessing cognitive profiles at the individual level. The program is tailored to align desired organizational outcomes with leadership evaluations. Furthermore, it aids in comprehending and developing various training initiatives tailored to the organizational context, promoting internal personnel development and cultural change to maximize the company’s growth potential.
